Soft washing uses low pressure (like a garden hose) plus biodegradable detergents to kill mildew and algae at the root. Pressure washing uses high pressure on hard, durable surfaces like concrete. We match the method to the surface.

Yes. Soft washing is the method recommended by siding and shingle manufacturers. It's actually gentler than a rainstorm on your exterior.

Not when it's done right. Every job includes pre-rinsing plants, covering sensitive areas, and a full re-rinse at the end.

Pricing depends on the service and property size. Most house washes are $325–$650, most roof cleanings are $475–$900, and most driveway washes are $225–$475. We give flat-rate written quotes before starting.

Yes. Bundling 2 or more services saves 10%; 3 or more services saves 15%; 4+ services saves up to 25%. Ask when you request your quote.
